If you have a problem, then we have the answer. Let us troubleshoot and diagnose your problem and in most instances (with remote access) fix it for you right away. If it is not an instant fix, then we will offer you a variety of solutions to best fit your needs.
Programming
Whether you need a simple name change or to reprogram
your
entire phone system, we can help. You have spent a lot of money to purchase your phone system and deserve to have it work the way that YOU want it to. We will consult with you and fine tune your system for maximum productivity.
Rates -
For remote support or training we charge only $60/hr with a one hour minimum charge. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. Normal turn around is between 1-2 hours Monday - Friday although most problems will be handled ASAP. Don't hesitate to contact us on the weekend either as we do check our submissions. Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal.
